	　　烘焙過的咖啡豆，很容易受到空氣中的氧氣產生氧化作用，使得所含的油質劣化，芳香味亦揮發消失，再經過溫度、溼度、日光等影響而加速變質，尤其是經過多層處理的低因咖啡豆，氧化作用進行的更快。</div>

	　　咖啡豆在烘焙過後會產生出相當於體積三倍的二氧化碳，因此，咖啡的包裝最主要除了避免與空氣接觸氧化外，還有需處理咖啡豆產生的二氧化碳。</div>

	　　因此，爲了維持咖啡的香味和質量，如何保存咖啡豆（粉）就成了一門大學問。</div>

	　　常常也有消費者問我們：豆子買回去開封后怎麼香氣就沒了？ 咖啡豆磨成粉後要放在哪裏比較好阿？ 把咖啡粉放冰箱會不會有溼氣而變質呢？ 咖啡豆裝在密封罐是正確的嗎？&hellip;&hellip; 等等，相信這些也都是大家常感到疑惑的問題。</div>

	　　其實呀！ 保存咖啡豆（粉）真的不難喔~</div>

	&nbsp;</div>
<div>
	　　只要記得，任何食物都會有其最佳的保存期限，當然咖啡豆亦是如此，建議買回來的咖啡豆，一旦打開防油或錫箔包裝的咖啡紙後，要立刻將咖啡豆或咖啡粉倒入密閉罐中！</div>

	　　而放進密閉罐後，最好放在溫度、溼度較低，屬陰涼處的地方，並建議兩週內飲用完畢，若是沒有辦法，就是以真空包裝袋，確定沒有水氣後以小包裝分裝，並將空氣擠壓出來，這樣可以避免多次拿出時，讓咖啡豆受到水氣影響， 反而更容易讓咖啡豆變質。</div>

	　　大體上來說，已烘焙的豆子在常溫最多可保存一個月，但在真空狀態可保存約二個月，因此我們也建議大家，千萬不要一次就購買太多來屯積，即便您是天天飲用的話，一次買半磅即可。 而對於已經研磨的咖啡粉一般在常溫最多一週，而在密封罐中保存則是兩週。</div>

	　　保存的最大重點就是不要令其接觸空氣中的熱氣與溼氣，也就是要杜絕一切外在的影響因子，所以纔會說，最好是使用真空瓶罐來保存會是最佳的選擇囉。</div>
